Booty Burn

This class is fully devoted to training the biggest, strongest muscle group in the body… the glutes. Not only is this essential for that full developed booty, but it’s the key muscle group needed to help  prevent lower back pain and hip stability. The class combines body weight exercises with weighted exercises using barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells as well as resistance bands.
